Nappanee News, 23 Jul 1936
Donald Ellsworth Hepler, aged 8 years 11 months, son of Mr. and Mrs. Willard 
Hepler of R. R. 2, Nappanee, died Saturday July 18, at the Price Hospital, 
following an operation on a ruptured appendix.  He had been ill three days.  
Besides his parents he is survived by two brothers, Carl LaMar and Richard 
George, who are at home and his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. George W. Hepler 
and Mr. and Mrs. George Marquart.  Funeral services were held Monday at 2:30 
o'clock at the Hepton church with Rev. L. E. Foudy officiating.  Interment was 
in the Hepton Cemetery.  He was in the third grade at the Millwood school.
