Nappanee News, 14 Aug 1895
Mrs. Elizabeth Walters, aged 79 years, died Aug. 9th, 1 1/2 miles northeast of 
Nappanee.  The funeral was preached Sunday at the Brick Church by Revs. J. F. 
Funk and J. S. Lehman, of Elkhart.  The interment, by Funeral Director Lehman, 
occurred in the cemetery near by.  Deceased was the mother of J. S. and John 
Walters, Nappanee druggists, and of Geo. Walters northeast of town.
