The following is an Abstract of Title as to the real estate situated in the  County of Floyd and State of Indiana, described as follows, to-wit: Being a part of what was known as the ‘meeting House" lot in Sease’s Addition to Galena, Plat No. 153, being a rectangular tract of land occupied by the Church building now located thereon, and consisting of that portion of such  ground so occupied by such Church building and a strip of ground 10 feet wide  on the northern and eastern sides of such Church building and a strip of ground 6 feet wide on the southern side of such Church building and a strip of ground  20 feet, more or less, in width on the western side of such building and  extending to the road. Certificate of Election This is to certify that the following named persons were elected as trustees of the  property below indicated.  They are to serve until the expiration date named or until their successors are elected.  The property indicated is a part of the Greenville Charge, New Albany District,  Indiana conference of the Methodist Church, legal successor of the Methodist  Episcopal Church, the Methodist Episcopal Church south, and the Methodist Protestant Church. These Trustees were elected according to the law and usage of the Methodist church  and the state of Indiana, at a regular meeting of the 4th quarterly Conference, held  at Galena, Indiana, on the 23rd day of March, 1954.
