Franklin County }  To any person duly authorised to solemnize marriages in the 
County aforesaid.
You are hereby empowered to join together in the banns of Matrimony Herny Webb 
and Mary Jane Sutton and in doin this shall be your sufficient voucher Witness 
Robert John

          and its seal this 7th day of April AD
          1835  Robert John Clk, F.C.C.

Here follows the marriage return in above case filed in the Clerks office of 
Franklin County, Ind the 13th April 1835 State of Indiana, Franklin County {ss} 
I hereby certify that by virtue of a license isued by the Clk of the County 
aforesaid I joined in the banns of Matrimony Henry Webb and Mary Jane Sutton on 
the 9th of this Apr 13th 1835

Additional Comments:
This marriage license was transcribed from a copy of the original license and 
misspelled words was typed as they were on the license.

This was Henry Webb's 1st marriage he later remarried in Franklin County, 
Indiana in 1839
