State of Indiana }
Franklin County  }                      To any person duly authorized to 
solminize marriage in the county aforesaid  You are hereby empowered to join 
together in the banns of Matrimony Georhe H. Plummer and HAnnah Webb and in so 
doing this Shall be your sufficient voucher.

{ ss }  Witness Robert John Clerk of our Franklin Circuit Court and its said 
        this 10th day of July 1840

Here follows the return in above case filed in the clerks office of Franklin 
County, Ind July 19th 1840 State of Indiana and Franklin County for this is to 
ceritfy that I joined together in Marriage George H. Plummer and Hannah Webb 
July 12th 1840.
As witness my hand July 15th 1840
