James Rosebrough Administrator of the estate of Daniel Redington dec'd}
Vs 
The heirs of Daniel Redington deceased and Philip Stanwood}

On petition and suggestion to make lands assets

And now at this day comes James Rosebrough administrator of the estate of 
Daniel Redington deceased and files in open court this inventory and 
appraisement of certain real estate belonging to the estate of said decedent 
as follows to-wit: (here insert) And thereupon the said administrator now 
files the following petition and suggestion, to-wit:(here insert) and the 
court having examined the said petition and all and singular the premises, 
under that John Redington, Edward Redington, Daniel Redington, George 
Redington, Solomon Redington, Joseph Redington, Moses Redington Anna Redington 
his guardian, Sarah Hamilton & James Hamilton her husband, Nancy Brant and 
John Brant her husband, all heirs of said decedent and Philip Stanwood be 
summoned to be and appear on the first day of next Term of this court to be 
holden at the court house in Brookville on the second Monday in February 
1836.  And show cause of any they can why the real estate in said petition 
mentioned should not be sold and made assets for the payments of the debts & 
demands outstanding against the estate of the said Daniel Redington, a summons 
to be issued to Franklin County Ind. when all of said parties named except 
Joseph Redington who resides in Delaware County Ind. where a summons to be 
sent for him and this cause is continued.
