Summer R. Gast

                Summer Raye GAST, 3, of 401 E. Rochester St., Akron, died at 
11:45 p.m. Wednesday at her home following an illness.

                She was born June 11, 1984 in Rochester to Matthew and Carey 
DAULTON GAST, who survive.  She had lived all her life in the Akron community 
and was a member of the Akron United Methodist Church.

                Suriving with the parents are the maternal grandparents, Mr. 
and Mrs. David DAULTON, Rochester; the paternal grandfather, Thomas GAST, 
Akron; the maternal great-grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Ben DAULTON; the maternal 
great-grandmother, Mrs. Ruth TICKEL, Blackwell, Oklahoma, and aunts, uncles 
and cousins.  Preceding in death were a sister, Cassandra S. [GAST], on Sept. 
5, 1987, the paternal grandmother, Suzanne GAST, in 1986, and the maternal 
great-grandmother, Edna DAULTON.

                Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday in the Foster & Good 
Funeral Home, Akron, with the Revs. Merlyn COX and George HAPNER officiating.  
Burial will be in the Akron Cemetery.  Friends may call from 2 to 8 p.m. 
Friday, and on Saturday from 9 a.m. until services.  Memorials may be made to 
the Fulton County Easter Seals or the Manitou Training Center.
