David Hudson
David HUDSON, 31, former Akron resident, died Saturday in Pocatello, Ida., in 
a snow avalanche while he was on a mountain climbing expedition in mountains 
near Pocatello.
A resident of Idaho one year, Mr. Hudson was born July 11, 1944 in Warsaw to 
Gilford and Wanda SUMME HUDSON. His marriage was in 1973 to Molly O'LEARY. She 
survives.
Also surviving are one son, Ely [HUDSON], at home; his mother, Mrs. Robert 
(Wanda) BIRMINGHAM, Michigan City; the maternal grandmother, Mrs. Zelma SUMME, 
Rochester, and the paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence HUDSON, of 
Florida. Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday in the Haupert funeral home in 
Akron. The Rev. Tom FROST will officiate. Burial will be in the Akron 
cemetery. Friends may call at he funeral home from 7 to 9 p.m.
