Died: An old resident of Aubbeenaubbee township, Gideon MAHLER, and was buried 
at Monterey.

Gideon MAHLER, a German, died at his residence in Monterey, Pulaski county, 
December 17th, aged 72 years, 11 months and 26 days. For more than forty years 
he had been a resident of this county, his home being in Aubbeenaubbee 
township. He was highly respected as a gentleman and worthy citizen. Lung 
fever was the cause of his death.
