 Glenna E. Shively
Mrs. Glenna Edith SHIVELY, 56, 117 West 2nd street, this city, died at 4:30 
a.m. today at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Nina HUBBARD.
She had been in failing health for seven years and critically ill for the past 
two weeks. Mrs. Shively had been a resident of this city for 30 years, coming 
here from Wells county.
The daughter of William and Margaret LOUDERMILT SUTTON, she was born Nov. 1, 
1897, in Wells county, Ind. She was married to Charles W. SHIVELY on March 17, 
1922. Mrs. Shively was a member of the Tiosa Brethren church.
Survivors are: her husband, at home; one daugher, Mrs. Nina HUBBARD, this 
city; one 
grandchild; four sisters, Mrs. Tessie WOLFE, Battle Creek, Mich.; Mrs. Hazel 
SMITH, Akron; Mrs. Sylvia LEWIS, Culver; Mrs. Nina EILER, this city; five 
brothers, Rev. Omer SUTTON, Fort Wayne; Herbert SUTTON, Cloverdale, Mich.; Leo 
SUTTON, Tippecanoe; Forrest SUTTON, Rochester and Irvin SUTTON, Akron. A 
daugher, Esther [SHIVELY], preceded in death.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday at the Foster Funeral Home. 
Rev. Gilbert MAUS will officiate and burial will be in the Poplar Grove 
cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 p.m. today.
