Sutton 75, Akron, died at 11:20 Tuesday at Pilgrim Manor Nursing Home, Plymouth, Indiana. She had been ill for 5 Years and critically ill for 2 Weeks. Mrs. Smith was born June 22, 1901 to William L.Sutton and Margaret (Loudermilk) Sutton in Wells County, Indiana. She was an Akron resident for 50 Years coming here from Wells County, Indiana. She married Sam C. Smith on September 5, 1927 in Crown Point, Indiana, he survives. She was a member ofTthe Brethren Church in Salem. Surving with her husband , 3 Daughters; Mrs. James A (Betty) Little, Mrs.Roy (Violet) Fisher, Mrs. Earl (Alice) Gaerte, All of Rochester, Indiana; 2 sons Richard L. Smith, Rochester, Indiana; Allen R. Smith of Akron, Indiana, 10 Grandchildren and 2 Gr. Grandchildren; 2 sisters Mrs. John (Sylvia) Lewis, Culver, Indiana; Mrs. Paul (Nina) Eiler, Rochester, Indiana; 4 Brothers: Rev. Omer Sutton, Fort Wayne, Indiana; Leo Sutton, Tippecanoe, Indiana;Forrest Sutton, Rochester, Indiana; and Irvin Sutton, Akron, Indiana. 2 sisters and 1 brother Preceded her in death. Services will be at 1:30 Friday at The Sheetz Funeral Home in Akron, Indiana. Rev. Claude Fawns offiaciting.Bburiel will be at the Burr Oak Cemetery, Culver, Indiana.
