Row 3 Additional Comments: Monday, September 9, 1968 George W. Bolley George W. BOLLEY, 83, Akron, died Saturday at 1 p.m. in Woodlawn hospital where he had been a patient five days after sustaining a stroke. Born Jan. 19, 1885, at Morocco, he was the son of Thomas and Anna KORF BOLLEY and had resided in the Akron community since 1902. His marriage was in 1906 to Cleo JONTZ, who died in 1961. Mr. Bolley had been a farmer, contractor and stock buyer. Surviving are one son, Joe [BOLLEY], Akron; and five sisters, Mrs. Mae SHIPLEY, Marion, O.; Miss Belle BOLLEY, R.R. 1, Roann; Mrs. Ethyl HARGER, R.R. 1, Roann; Mrs. Cora TEETER, North Manchester, and Mrs. Frieda PATTERSON, North Manchester. One sister preceded in death. Last rites were held this afternoon at the Haupert funeral home in Akron with the Rev. Daniel BENGSTON officiating.
