Row 2 Additional Comments: Monday, January 20, 1964 Etta Kuhn Mrs. Etta KUHN, 65, Akron, who operatd Etta's Dress Shop in Akron until closing it recently, died of a coronary attack at 1 a.m. Sunday in the Miller nursing home here. She had been ill one year and a patient at the nursing home since September. A lifetime resident of the Akron community, Mrs. Kuhn was born in Henry township Nov. 17, 1898 to John J. and Geneva KENDRUCK VICKERY. She was married in Detroit March 20, 1920 to Max D. KUHN, who died in 1949. Mrs. Kuhn was a member of the Akron Methodist church and the WSCS of the church. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Emerson (Norma Jean) BURNS, R.R. 2, Akron; a son, Neil [KUHN], Akron; eight grandchildren, and a brother, Dean K. VICKERY, Dallas. Two sisters and a brother preceded in death. Final rites will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday in the Akron Methodist church with the Rev. Wesley BULLIS officiating, assisted by the Rev. Claude FAWNS. Burial will be in the Akron cemetery. Friends may call at the Sheetz funeral home in Akron after 7 p.m. today until noon Wednesday and at the church for one hour before services.
