Row 2 Additional Comments: Friday, February 20, 1953 Clarence L. Morrett Clarence L. MORRETT, 80, retired farmer, died at 3:45 p.m. Thursday at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Frienda MILLER of Akron. He had been in ill health for 18 months. Mr. Morrett had been a resident of Henry township for 77 years. He was born January 8, 1873, at Harrisburg, Pa. His parents were Samuel and Elizabeth (GROSS) MORRETT. In 1891 he was married to Orpha HART, who preceded in death in 1939. Survivors are four daughters, Mrs. Clyde KING and Mrs. Frienda MILLER, both of Akron; Mrs. Harry CRAIG, Toledo, Ohio; Miss Anna MORRETT, Logansport; two sons, Wilbur [MORRETT], Akron; Carl [MORRETT], Toledo; nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren and a sister, Mrs. Tressie BARRETT, Los Angeles, Cal. Three sons and a daughter preceded him in death. Funeral arrangements are incomplete. Friends may call at the Sheetz funeral home, Akron.
