Row 3 Additional Comments: Wednesday, May 21, 1986 Flora CARBONELL OLIVER, 85, Rt. 1, Akron (Indiana 114), died in her sleep about 11 p.m. Monday at her home. Arrangements are pending at the Foster & Good Funeral Home in Akron. Thursday, May 22, 1986 Flora Carbonell Oliver Private services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in the Foster & Good Funeral Home in Akron for Flora CARBONELLE OLIVER, 85, Rt. 1, Akron, who died in her sleep about 11 p.m. Monday at her home. Father Richard PUETZ will officiate, and burial will be in the Akron Cemetery. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, and on Saturday from 9 a.m. until time of services. She was born Oct. 4, 1900 in Iloilo, Philippine Islands, and moved from Davao City, Philippines, to Akron 31 years ago. In 1930, she was married in Davao City to Reece A. OLIVER, who died March 20, 1966. She was a member of the Akron Homemakers Club. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Rene’ (Fe’ Rebecca) TORRE’S, Puerto Rico; three sons, Robert P. [OLIVER], and James S. [OLIVER], both of Denver, Colo., and Winston R. [OLIVER], Fort Wayne; nine gandchildren; two great-grandchildren, and brothers and sisters in the Philippines.
