ONSTOTT had died in a hospital at Washington, D.C. Mr. Onstott was afflicted with softening of the brain and had been taken to a government institution at Washington for treatment and care, as he was a Civil war veteran. The remains will be shipped to Akron for burial. His companion and three children survive.
