Row 4 Additional Comments: Thursday, November 30, 1972 Earnest Sullivan Earnest SULLIVAN, 69, R.R. 1, Mentone, died at 8:10 p.m. Wednesday in the Murphy Medical center at Warsaw. He had been a patient several weeks. Born Nov. 19, 1903, in Pike county, Kentucky, he was the son of Wayne and Frances JUSTICE SULLIVAN. He had resided in the Mentone area 12 years. His marriage was in 1926 to Pearl DAUGHERTY, who survives. A retired coal miner, he was a member of the Pentecostal Lighthouse church in Warsaw. Also surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Byron (Gail) Van DOREN, R.R. 2, Akron; four grandchildren; two brothers and three sisters, all of Pike County, Ky. Final rites will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday in the Haupert funeral home in Akron. The Rev. Albert WHITTAKER will officiate. Burial will be in the Akron cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Friday.
