Dougan, 65, of Princeton, died on Wednesday afternoon, Jan. 25, in Gibson Hospital, Princton, following three weeks of illness. Dougan was born in Lauderdale county, Tenn., on Nov. 17, 1912, and has lived in Princeton for the past 61 years, moving from Tennessee. Dougan was a retired iron worker. He was a member of the Prince Lodge No. 231 F & AM, Moose Lodge 334 and Eagles Lodge No. 361 and also Local 103 of the Evansville Iron Workers. Survivors include his wife, Marjorie F.; one son, James A., Keensburg, Ill.; two daughters, Mrs. Delores Donahay and Mrs. Mary Ann Gorman, both of Princeton; two brothers, Jess, Chicago, Ill., and Robert, Bristow and three grandchildren.
