GRIM REAPER.
MARTIN LASLEY

The death of Martin Lasley occurred at 7 o'clock this morning at his home, 1234
south Prince 
street, after an illness of a week with pneumonia.  He had been in failing health
for some time.  
Mr. Lasley was an excellent citizen and his death comes as a shock to many friends
in the city 
and county.  He formerly resided in Barton township, where the body will be taken
Sunday 
morning.  The funeral and burial will be at Providence church there.

Mrs. Lasley was 58 years of age and is survived by the wife and four children.  They
have the 
sympathy of all friends in their sorrow.
