STRAIN and Richard LEGRANGE be my executors and that they sell my horse and buggy, collect all moneys due me and pay all lawful debts of my contracting and give my wife Ann all she may need from time to time for her support exclusively and to keep all interest all moneys not used for support of my wife Ann till her death or all disposed of according to this my will. Signed this the eleventh day of August Eighteen hundred and fifty-seven Aaron LEGRANGE in presence of Azariah AYERS Robert T. DENBO State of Indiana Gibson County Personally appeared before the undersigned Clerk of its Court of Common Pleas of said County Azariah AYERS one of the subscribing witnesses to the foregoing last will and testament of Aaron LEGRANGE deceased, late of said county and upon being duly sworn according to Law, deposes and says that the said Aaron LEGRANGE signed and published said will as his last will and testament in his presence and in the presence of Robert T. DENBO the other subscribing witness thereto, that the said Testator was of sound mind and memory at the time of executing said will nor under coercion or restraint that he was of full age to devise his property and that the deponent witnessed said will at his request in his presence and in the presence of Robert T. DENBO the other subscribing witness thereto Azariah AYERS In testimony whereof I have herewith subscribed my name and affixed the seal of said Court at Princeton this 29th day of October AD 1857.
