Grant County Indiana Last Will and Testament of Albert M. Kizer I, Albert M. Kizer, of Grant County, Indiana, being of lawful age, and of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do hereby make, publish and declare this my last will and testament, hereby revoking, setting aside making of no effect, all former wills and codicils by me heretofore by me made and declared, in manner and form as follows: ITEM I It is my will and I hereby direct that all my just debts which may be owing and unpaid at the time of my death, and all expenses incurred by or for me in my last sick- ness, and all my funeral and burial expenses shall be first paid out of my estate. ITEM II To my wife Hannah E. Kizer, I give all household goods of which I may die pos- sessed, and also Five Hundred Dollars in cash; or if she prefers to do so, she may elect to take any part of said sum of money in personal property of which I may die posessed at its appraised value instead. ITEM III I further devise and bequeath to my said wife, Hannah E. Kizer, all the real estate of which I may die the owner, for her use and benefit during her natural life, and the proceeds derived therefrom, subject to the payment of taxes, insurance and for necessary repairs; and she shall have all of the drain tile and building materials of which I may die the owner, to be used for the improvement and repairs upon said real estate. ITEM IV I give and devise all of my personal estate with which I may die seized, after above items have been carried out, to my four children and my daughter-in-law, namely Edna L. Kizer; Florence G. Broyles; Hazel B. Belville; Alta R. Watson; and Ora A. Kizer, share and share alike. ITEM V I give and bequeath all of the real estate at the death of my said wife, to my four children, namely, Florence G. Broyles; Hazel B. Belville; Alta R. Watson; and Ora A. Kizer, share and share alike, but on the event of the death of either of said children, there respective shares shall pass to their children, if any, but if either should die without children, then their repective share or shares shall pass to my surviving children. ITEM VI I hereby appoint Florence G. Broyles and Ora A. Kizer as Executors of this, my last will and testament. Albert M.
