The following is the names of the Heirs at Law of the Said William Morris deceased of wit; Isaac Lemaster & Arminta Lemaster his wife, John H. Floyd & Eliza Jane Floyd, his wife of Clinton County Indiana, John Eldridge & Polley Ann Eldridge his wife, James Morris, William Morris JR., David Morris and Matilda Morris of Howard County Indiana and Caleb Morris and Joseph Shryock & Martha Ellen Shryock of the State of Illinois. In Witness whereof the Said John Eldridge and Polley Ann Eldridge his wife have herewith set their Hand and Seal this ninth day of February A.D. 1856.
