Ferd V. Beard Funeral.
The funeral of F. V. Beard will be held from the Moore undertaking parlors 
Saturday afternoon at 2o'clock. The burial will be in the Puckett cemetery.

Son Dies; Father Very Sick.
Ferdie Vern Beard, North Main street, steel addition, died this morning at his 
late home, 7:30 o'clock, of pneumonia, following influenza. His father, John 
T. Beard, is seriously ill with the same trouble. The deceased is survived by 
the father, his widow, Goldie Beard, and one brother, Arthur Beard. The body 
was brought to the Moore undertaking parlors. The funeral will be held from, 
the North street Baptist church Saturday afternoon at
2 o'clock. Burial will be had in Crown Point cemetery.
