The Franklin Democrat, Friday, April 11, 1890
Rev. C. W. Tinsley received word on Thursday morning of last week announcing the
death of his 
grandfather, Rev. Walter Benton, at his home in Brownstown.  The funeral took place
on Sunday, Mr. 
Tinsley conducting the services.
