Wed 23 Apr 1913 Will Thompson Dies Suddenly at Momence, Illinois. William Thompson died suddenly Friday afternoon at Momence, Ill., where he was employed in a barber shop. The coroner found that his death was due to fatty degeneration of the heart. He was 37 years of age. Undertaker Jesse Vest, of this place, went after the body and returned Monday morning and the remains were interred at the Scottsburg cemetery in the afternoon. He is survived by his mother, Mrs. Elizabeth Thompson, of this place, and three brothers – Rev. Virgil Thompson, of Madison; Bert Thompson, of Colorado, and Ralph Thompson, of this place.
