Brownstown Banner - Thursday 9 Dec 1880

Vanover, Elizabeth – Elizabeth Vanover, mother of Andrew M. Vanover, died at 
the residence of her son in this place, Friday Dec 3, aged nearly 74 years. 
She was born in Virginia, Feb 1807, and came to the mountains of Kentucky with 
her parents when quite a little girl. The remains were interred in the Burrell 
graveyard 1 mile south of this place on Friday.
