Jerome H. 'Jerry' Berry, 87, of Madison, Ind., died at Leesburg Regional 
Medical Center of lymphoma. Survivors include his wife, Lois; daughters, 
Marianne Dahlem of Madison, Ind., Delores Tuttle of Atlanta; sons, David of 
Dayton, Ohio, John of Madison, Ind., Roger of Madison, Ind.; brother, John 
Baldasare of Dayton, Ohio; sister, Janice Firestone of Klamath Falls, Ore.; 
and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Additional Comments:
He was a retired foreman for Reliance Electric Co and member of Prince of 
Peace Catholic Church in Madison, Ind. He maintained a winter home in Leesburg.

A funeral service held at Morgan-Webster-Nay Funeral Home in Madison with the 
Rev. Father John A. Meyer celebrant.

Interment in Grandview Memorial Gardens in Madison.
