Allen Rodarmel Born Jany 16, 1818, died Mch 11, 1867 in Pike Co buried at 
Flatcreek g.y. between Winslow & Otwell.
Mary Black, his wife, Born Dec 8, 1822 died 1892
      Births of their children:
1. James Rodarmel born Aug 22, 1842, died Mch 15, 1915 buried in Sedan 
Chautauqua Co, Kansas
2. Joseph Rodarmel, Born July 24, 18u44 died 1882 died in Asylum in 
Indianapolis, Ind.  Got too hot in harvest field.
3. Lizzie Rodarmel born Dec 2, 1846 died 1905 in Pike Co, Ind buried at Flat 
Creek g.y. married Elijah Richardson who is now living at Velpin, Pike Co, Ind.
4. Frances Rodarmel, Born Mch 27, 1848 died 1887 in Spring Creek & buried  at 
Spring Creek Cem Chautauqua Co, Kansas.  Was bit by a venomous  spider.  
married Anthony Gortnay.  He died 1915.
5. Perry Rodarmel, born May 8, 1851.  He lives in Pike Co, Ind & his address 
is Winslow RFD Ind.
6. Elijah Rodarmel born Mch 10, 1855 lives at Princeton, Gibson Co, Ind
7. William Friend Rodimel born Apr 14, 1857 lives at Petersburg Ind, my 
informant.
8. Kate Rodarmel, born Apr 27, 1859.  Living at Indianapolis, Ind.  A widow.  
She married Hugh Hecox.  He is dead & is buried at Winslow, Ind.
He gave me the following information about his brothers & sisters.
1. James, He told W.F. that he had 17 children in 16 states.  m.1. Lizzie 
Moore of Pike Co, Ind. m.2. Lizzie Cunningham of Daviess Co, Ind. m.3. widow 
Smith in the west, a young woman.  Had by 1st wife 9 children. Had by 2d wife 
2 children. Had by 3d wife 6 children. He was a farmer.  His youngest child 
was 13 yrs old when James died & she, the youngest child, gave Wm F.R., the 
records of birth above noted from his Father's Family Bible & she would have 
the record of her father's family.  Jim's widow married again to James Watton 
& runs the Star restaurant in Sedan Kan.
2. Joseph, married Lucy Offrell.  She lives near Winslow, Ind on a farm.  Had 
one child, Ella, now dead, who married a McCormick.  Don't know where he is.  
Thinks she died in child birth & left no children surviving her.
3. Lizzie, married Elijah Richardson who now lives between Otwell & Velpin & 
who wd probably have considerable amount of records & is old & well informed.  
Go see him. She left children:
      A. William, at home
      B. Joseph, in Madison, Ill
      C. Ida, married a Nelson & lives by Velpin
      D. Atha
4. Frances, had 3 children
      A. Daughter (is now dead, died about the time her mother did, 
when          they came back from mother's farm.
      B. Willie Gortney, married
      C. Fannie Gortney, W.F. spoke of meeting her at St Louis, Mo World Fair 
in 1904.  He was chg a pkg & was wearing an Oklahoma badge he having been 
there when it was an Indian nation.
5. Perry, married Lizzie Miley from Pike Co & lives in Pike Co W.F. saw him 
last year being first time he had seen him in 17 yrs, though brothers & living 
in same county.  Both living & have children:
      A. Rome, married a Kellems. No issue. He lives in Terre Haute, 
Ind          where he is a coal miner.
      B. Fannie, married a Smith & lives he thinks at Madison Ill, 
where          he works at Machine shops.  She spoke of having 3 children.
      C. A daughter, married, but don't know to whom nor where she lives.
6. Elijah, m.1. Mary McCommack who died from a burn leaving one child, Lucy 
who married Lee Tharp & lives in Petersburg & has children.
M.2. Mary Ferguson, a widow with one child & they had one child, a girl who is 
married. Mary Ferguson then died & he M.3. a widow with one child. They had 
one, a girl, Callie, who got burnt & lives at Richardsons.  This wife then 
died & he m.4. Mary ________, a widow with 2 children & he divorced her, but 
had no issue by her. M.5. a widow with 2 girls & perhaps more, but they have 
no issue. She is now living with him at Princeton, Ind, to whom I could write 
for record.
8. Kate, Her children were:
      A. Willie, married & lives in Oklahoma
      B. Gertie, married & lives in Terre Haute, Ind
      C. Fannie? married & lives in Terre Haute, Ind perhaps separated.
7. William Friend Rodimel, my informant m.1. Laura Roe of Chautauqua Co, 
Kansas on Jany 16, 1882 & she died in Apr 5?, 1887.  She was two years younger 
than him & is buried at Havana, Montgomery Co, Ks. Their Children:
      A. Bessie, Born Nov 20, 1885
Bessie married Geddes Pipes of Oakland City, Gibson Co, Ind, where he farms, 
deals in stock & carries the mail. B. Walter, born Mch 1887
Walter married B. Kane of Daviess Co & lives at Glendale where he is a farmer.
m.2. Jennie Cepart a widow (nee Braden) of Otwell, Ind on Dec 16, 1889 at 
Sedan, Kansas, at same house where he & his first wife had lived.  Got license 
same place.  She was born June 12, 1863. No issue.  Live at 400 West Main St, 
Petersburg Ind. Mr R. was called out but his wife coming in completed giving 
the later records.
