Darius Horrall Civil War Pension File,  Knox Circuit Court ,February 9, 1898
Mr. Darius A. Horrall            BE IT REMEMBERED, That heretofore, to wit:
         to            }         on the 20th day of December A.D. 1860
Miss Rebecca Warth            the following Marriage License was issued, to wit:

INDIANA, TO WIT: KNOX COUNTY, SS:

                              To all who shall see these Presents, Greeting:
KNOW YE, That any person legally authorized by law to solemnize matrimony is 
hereby l----- to join together as Husband and Wife, Mr. Darius A. Horrall and 
Miss Rebecca Warth and for so doing this shall be his sufficient authority.

                       In Testimony Whereof, I, Henry S. Cauthorn, Clerk of 
                       the Knox Circuit Court, hereunto subscribe my name and
                       affix the seal of said Court, at Vincennes this 20th day
                       of December 1860
                                                    Henry S. Cauthorn, Clerk.

BE IT FURTHER REMEMBERED, That afterwards, to wit: on the 29th day of December 
1860 the following Certificate of Marriage was filed in my office, to wit:

INDIANA, TO WIT: KNOX COUNTY, SS:
 
                      THIS CERTIFIES, That I joined in Marriage as Husband and 
Wife Mr. Darius A. Horrall and Miss Rebecca Warth on the 23rd Day of December 
1860. 
                                        William Courter CP (sp?)


INDIANA, TO WIT: KNOX COUNTY, SS:

I, Anthony Mcfelton (sp?), Clerk of the Circuit Court within and for the County 
of Knox and State of Indiana do hereby certify the foregoing to be true and 
correct copies of the Marriage License and Certificate of Marriage of Darius A. 
Horrall to Miss Rebecca Warth as the same now appears upon the Marriage Record 
on file in my office.
               
             In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed 
the seal of said Court, at Vincennes, Indiana, on this 9th day of February 1898.
