Mr. Miller began failing in health about two years ago, but his condition did not become alarming until about six months ago. He had served as agent for the Baltimore & Ohio railway company at Milford Junction for more than 25 years, but had not been able to attend to the duties of his office during the past eight months. Three weeks ago he was taken to the Elkhart hospital for special treatment and examination, but was unable to find relief. He was returned to his home last Thursday and gradually grew weaker until his death. For a number of years Mr. Miller conducted the moving picture theatre in Milford and was owner of the present theatre building. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge at Elkhart, a trustee in the First Presbyterian church at Goshen, of which he had been a member for many years and a member of the local business men's club.
