WARRANTY DEED 132082 THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH That Joseph F. Zahora and Rita 
Zahora, husband and wife, of Lake County, and State of Indiana CONVEY AND 
WARRANT To William H. and Unavailable G. Mahns of Lake County, in the State of 
Indiana for the sum of Ten Dollars and other good and valuable considerations 
the following described REAL ESTATE in Lake County, in the State of Indiana, 
to-wit: Lot Twenty-eight (28), (except the South 2 feet thereof) and the South 
12 feet of Lot Twenty-nine (29), Block Four (4), Douglas Park Manor, in the 
City of Hammond, as shown in Plat Book 17, page 26, in Lake County, Indiana.
This conveyance is made subject to general taxes for the year 1958 payable in 
1959, building and other conditions, restrictions, and limitations appearing 
in any instrument of record.
This conveyance is made and accepted subject to a certain mortgage executed by 
the grantors, herein Greenebaum Investment Company, an Illinois corporation, 
on the 4th day of May, 1949, in the sum of $8000.00, which is recorded in 
Mortgage Record No. 767, page 484, which said Mortgage is now reduced to the 
amount of $6,033.03, and which said mortgage the grantees herein hereby agree 
to assume and pay as part of the consideration for the within transfer. STATE
