CHERNOTA-Andrew Chernota, Jr., age 39, of 2035 Lake Ave., Whiting,
died Tuesday evening, April 10, at the James Parramore hospital,
Crown Point, Indiana. Funeral services Friday at 9:30 a.m. from
Baran's chapel, 1231 119th Street, Whiting, and at 10 a.m. at St.
John's Church. Rev. John Kostik officiating. Burial St. John's
Cemetery, Hammond. Deceased may be viewed this evening after 8
o'clock.  Surviving are one son, Eugene, and one daughter,
Geraldine, and parents, Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Chernota, all of
Whiting.
