Phyllis CONN, 61, of Hobart, passed away on Monday,
August 16, 1999, at St. Mary Medical Center in Hobart.
Phyllis was a Hobart resident for 41 years, member of
the Hobart Church of Christ and a retired medical
transcriptionist from Methodist Hospital with 20 years
of service.  She is survived by her husband, Jim;
three children, Dan (Lori) CONN of Port St. Lucie,
Florida, Diana (Phil) LAMERE of Carmel, IN, and Donna
(Jerry) CLEEK of Hobart; seven grandchildren: Josh and
Danielle CON, Tony and Gabrielle LAMERE and Nick,
Katie and Jake CLEEK; one brother, Charles (Marge)
NICHOLS fo Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, and one sister,
Yvonne (Ronald) TAYLOR of Eddyville, Kentucky.

Funeral services will be Thursday, August 19, 1999, 11
AM at Rees FUneral Home, Hobart Chapel, 600 W. Old
Ridge Road, with Mr. John BERLIN, Preacher,
officiating.  Burial, Calvary Cemetery, Portage,
Indiana.  Friends may call Wednesday 2 to 9 p.m. at
Rees Funeral Home, Hobart Chapel.
