To wit; the South West quarter of section No. Four in Township Nineteen North of Range Six East, and the South West quarter of the North east quarter of section ten in Township Nineteen North of range six East in the district of land sold at Indianapolis Indiana supposed to contain in all two hundred acres more or less. With all singular the improvements, and appurtenances, thereunto belonging. This testimony whereof we have here unto set our hands and seal this day and year first above written.
