Van Buskirk Heirs to Van Buskirk, Henry

This indenture made this 16th day of January in the year of our Lord One 
Thousand Eight Hundred and Forty Two between Thomas A Cochran, Susanna 
Cochran, his wife, and William Van Buskirk, and Morris Van Buskirk and 
Marana Buskirk his wife, all of the County of Madison and State of Indiana 
of the one part, and Henry Van Buskirk of the same place of the second part 
witnesseth that the said parties of the first part, for and in consideration 
of the sum of four hundred dollars lawful money of the United States in hand 
paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby 
acknowledged, have bargained, sold, and quit claimed and by these presents 
do bargain sell and quit claim, unto the said Henry Van Buskirk his heirs 
ands assigns forever all of our equal and undivided sevenths parts of the 
following described real estate lying in the County of Madison and State of 
Indiana. To wit; the South West quarter of section No. Four in Township 
Nineteen North of Range Six East, and the South West quarter of the North 
east quarter of section ten in Township Nineteen North of range six East in 
the district of land sold at Indianapolis Indiana supposed to contain in all 
two hundred acres more or less. With all singular the improvements, and 
appurtenances, thereunto belonging. This testimony whereof we have here unto 
set our hands and seal this day and year first above written. Signed and 
sealed and delivered in the presents of: Levi Fisher, Matthew (X) Coy

Note: The grantors all swore that the conveyance of this deed was a 
voluntary act.
