This indenture made this seventeenth day of March in the year of our Lord 
one thousand eight hundred forty two between Henry Van Buskirk and his wife 
Juliann Van Buskirk of the County of Madison and State of Indiana of the one 
part & Henry Anderson of the County of Madison of the second part To wit: 
That the said party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of 
____ hundred lawful money of the United States in hand paid by the party of 
the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have bargained, 
sold and quit claimed and by these presents do bargain, sell and quit claim 
unto the said Henry Anderson his heirs and assigns forever the, all the 
three seventh part of equal and undivided part of the following described 
real estate lying in the County of Madison and State of Indiana, To wit; The 
South West quarter of Section No. four (4) in Township Nineteen North of 
Range Six East and the South West quarter of the North East quarter of 
Section ten (10) in Township Nineteen North of Range Six East in the 
district of land sold at Indianapolis Indiana suppose to contain (in all) 
Two hundred acres more or less, with all singular the improvements and 
appurtenances thereby belonging. In testimony whereof ____ have hereunto set 
our hands & seals this day and year first above written. Signed sealed & 
delivered in the presence of:    David Conner; Samuel Opdyke
