Anderson Morning Herald, August 2, 1906
Mrs. Susan Abney passed away at her home at the corner of Fourth and Delaware 
streets yesterday morning.  The funeral will take place from the home at 3 
o'clock Saturday afternoon, the Rev. C. C. Cissell officiating.  Interment 
will be in Maplewood.
     Mrs. Abney was the daughter of MRs. E. Osborn, and had been a lifelong 
resident of Madison county.  One daughter survives.
