Denver Tribune, 11 Apr 1918: Amanda Hannah Ringle was born March 12, 1860, 
died APril 5, 1918, aged 58 years and twenty-three days.  She was married to 
Jerry S. Burkholder September 26, 1878.  To this union were born seven 
chidlren, six daughters and one son.  Mrs. Jennie Stump, of Syracuse, Ind., 
Mrs. Jessie Kerschner, Mrs. Fannie Parsonett, Mable Burkholder, Esther 
Burkholder and John Burkholder, of Peru.  One daughter, Gertrude, proceeded 
her to the spirit world.  She also leaves behind ten grandchildren, two 
sisters, Mrs. Joseph Grimes, of Oregon, and Mrs. L. Keplinger, of Peru.  One 
brother and sister have preceeded her in death....
