Cousin
Everett Clendening, 72, died Thursday at 1006 W. 14th St. He had been living 
at the home of his son, Leslie (Bob) Clendening, R. 1 Unionville. A former 
resident of Indian Creek Township, Mr. Clendening was a retired stone cutter 
and had done some masonry work. In addition to his son, he leaves four 
daughters, Mrs. Grace Hudson and Mrs. Jewell Douglas, both of Detroit, Mich., 
21 grandchildren; three sisters, Mrs. Grace Franzmann of 600 E. University, 
Mrs. Vivian Robertson of 129 S. College and Mrs. Elsie Kirk of Oolitic. 
Funeral will be 2 P.M. Sunday at Greene & Harrell Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. 
Doyle Colvin of Oolitic officiating. Burial will be in Carmichael Cemetery in 
Indian Creek Township. Friends may call at the funeral home after noon 
Saturday.
