MORGANTOWN

Mrs. Eliza Haggard, who lived two miles south of town, was found dead in bed on last
Sunday 
morning.  She had been ailing for some time past but no fears were entertained for
her death.  
Deceased belonged to the Baptist church and was a highly respected Christian lady. 
She leaves a 
husband, who is seriously ill, and several small children to mourn the loss of a
kind and devoted wife 
and a loving mother.  The remains were interred in the Baptist cemetery on Monday,
services at the 
grave by Rev. J. W. Ragsdale.
