F. Howe, a prominent citizen of Waverly, died at his home last week of paralysis. He serviced in the 26th Ind. Reg. during the late war, and was a lifelong democrat. He was sixty years of age. BLUFF CREEK. Frank Howe, whose illness was mentioned last week, died at his home in Waverly Tuesday morning. He leaves a wife and two daughters, Mrs. Levi Paddock, of West Newton, and Mrs. W. L. Tresslar, of Bluff Creek, to mourn their loss.
