BANTA.

Robert Smith, a prominent citizen near Waverly, died Thursday morning, and his
remains were interred at the 
Odd Fellows cemetery near here Sunday.  The funeral was conducted by Rev. C. Woods. 
Deceased was a 
prominent Mason, and the funeral was in charge of that fraternity.  He was eighty
years old, and had amassed 
a fortune of over one hundred thousand dollars.
