Will Record Probate 1 Jan. 1846 - Mar. 1880 p. 194 Archibald Whitehead will I Archibald Whitehead of the county of Morgan and state of Indiana, do make and publish this my last will and testament hereby revoking and making void all for or wills and testaments by me at any time heretofore made. First, I direct that all just claims against my estate be paid out of the first monies that may come into the hands of my executor, and as to the balance of my wordly estate I dispose of it as follows, To Mary TERRY I give and bequeath one dollar. To Jacob Whitehead I give and bequeath one dollar. To Elizabeth HUTCHENS, I give and bequeath one dollar, to Nathan Whitehead I give and bequeath $100.00 and the balance of my estate both real and personal, I give and bequeath to Rebecca HOBSON and I hereby appoint my friend HIRAM MATTHEWS to be my executor. Given under my hand and seal this third day of April one thousand eight hundred, and fifty three. Signed Archibald Whitehead.
