Orange County Indiana , will In the name of the benevolent father of all. I Jacob Cutsinger of the County of Orange and State of Indiana being weak in body but sound in mind and memory do make and publish my last will and testament.  Item 1st- I direct that my executors herinafter named after my decease shall fully pay my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as suffient sum of money shall be received from the sale of property or otherwise.  Item 2-I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Malinda all of the household goods of every kind soever that may be remaining at the time of my decease, also a sufficiency of corn, oats, wheat and all necessary provisions for the support of her self and family for one year.  Also one certain bright bay mare and the buggy we now own, one cow and calf to have her choice of which are left and also to have the use of the sum of one thousand dollars to be paid her after the sale of my real estate by my executors herinafter named out of the proceeds of said sale to be by her loaned out and to have and use the interest thereof as long as she shall live and remain my widow but if she should again marry or at her decease I direct that said thousand dollars shall be divided with all my children share and share alike.  The remainder of my estate after being converted to money shall be divided equally with the following named persons my children and grandchildren share and share alike, only that my grandchildren shall be entitled to receive the share their deceased parent would have been entitled to if living, to wit Elisha Cutsinger, jackson Cutsinger, Betsy Leatherman, Delilah Clifton, Martin Cutsinger, the children of John Cutsinger to have the share that their deceased parent would have been entitled to if living, Polly Blackburn, Rhoda Annis, Malinda Clifton, William Cutsinger, Alfred Cutsinger, Eliza Wires, Michael Cutsinger, Susan True, Lucinda Cutsinger and Levi Cutsinger.  "I do hereby constitute my sons Elisha Cutsinger and William Cutsinger my true and lawful executors of this my last will and testament and direct that shall carry out the provisions of this will according to law"  Jacob X Cutsinger 14 Feb 1871 Witnesses Royal B.
