William Asher        {

     By This Deed Jacob Surber and Cathorine Surber of Morgan County in
the  State of Indiana Convey and Warrant to William Asher of Owen
County in the State of Indiana for the sum of Three hundred Dollars
The undivided Eleventh part of the following Real Estate in Owen County
in the State of Indiana to wit...The West half of the North East
quarater of section nine in Township Eleven North of Range Two West...
and fifty three acres off of the West half of the South East quarter
and the North East quarter of the North East quarter of Section nine
Township Eleven North of Range Two West.  Together with all the
privilides and appurtenances unto the same belonging unto the said
William Asher his heirs and assigns for their own proper use and
Benefit to have and to hold forever.  In Witness Whereof the said Jacob
Surber and his wife Catharine Surber have hereunto set their hands and
seals this Fifteenth day of August A.D. 1859.
