Obituary

     Mrs. Ellen Caroline Cunningham, wife of O. A. Nelson of Loon Lake, died 
March 30, in Chicago. Funeral April 1, with short service at the home and at 
the church, with burial at Millburn cemetery. She was born in Park county 
Indiana, Feb. 24, 1854 and was married to O. A. Nelson at East Lynn, Ill., on 
December 8, 1874. To this union seven children were born of whom 4 survive, 
and other 3 having died after reaching maturity. In 1883 she united with the 
M. E. church and at the time of her death was a member of the Congregational 
church at Millburn. She is survived by her husband, two sons and two 
daughters, three brothers and two sisters. She was a loving wife and mother 
and a kind neighbor and will be sadly missed by all who knew her. Accept 
sympathy from this community.
