In Will Bk. 1 pp.9-10 Will of Catherine TRAYLOR I Catherine TRAYLOR being old and in a low state of health yet in a right state of mind, do hereby give and assign to my beloved children as follows: To my beloved son Jesse , one hundred dollars more or less as the amount of the estate may be; To my beloved son Richard , one hundred dollars more or less as the amount of the estate may be; To my beloved daughter Rebecca, one hundred dollars more or less as the amount of the estate may be; To my beloved Elizabeth, one hundred dollars more or less as the amount of said estate may be, the said Elizabeth is to have and to hold as an individual from any claim either of husband, children or any other person so long as she shall live but at her death the said sum value the remains thereof is equally to be divided betweenher heirs.
