This Indenture Witnesseth, That John Barton and Sarah Barton his wife of Posey 
County, in the State of Indiana Convey and Warrant to William P. Barton of 
Posey County, in the State of Indiana for the sum of Twenty-five hundred 
Dollars the following REAL ESTATE, in Posey County, in the State of Indiana, to-
wit:
Sixty acres of land off the North end of the South East quarter of Section 
Thirty-four (34) in Township Six(6) South, of Range Thirteen (13) West.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The said John Barton and Sarah Barton his wife have herunto 
set their nands and seals this Sixt day of March A. D. 1880.
