license issued to George Rice (George was my g.grandfather and he used
Reis) and Barbara E. Betzin the words to -wit:

Know Ye, that------is licensed to join in marriage as husband and wife,
Geo Rice and Barbara E. Betz and fo so doing this shall be his suffiaient
authority.
