First, I want all my funeral and burial expenses paid, and second, I want all my honest debts paid. And after the above is all done and completed, I want my youngest child, Charlotte, to have fifty acres of land of the south end of my farm. And the balance of all my land and all my personal property I want my dear wife to have full possession of as long as she lives. And at my wife's decease, I want my land property and personal property all sold and divided equally among all my children and the following named children of my wife: Mary Snodgras, Ellen Minchell, Ann M.
