SOUTH MILAN.
An enterprising town on the Ohio & Mississippi railroad, in Ripley county,
forty-one miles from Cincinnati, and eight from Versailles the county seat. It
has one large flouring mill, saw mill, woolen mill, Odd Fellows and Masonic
Lodges, several stores, shops, &c. Population about 300.
